DC is a good business on water bloating.

Aaargh you a fuckin tool? Think so. Teenager? on juice? really!? Did you look at my hub? I am 36 yo. You say I am on juice and then say I don’t look that big. You are laughable. No where did I say that I do DC. No where did I say that DC is the best, only program to do. The point that I made from the beginning is that you can’t say that you are DOING DC when you cherry pick things from it. That is like saying you are doing WS4SB but incorporating 5/3/1 and madcow 5x5 principles in the mix. Are you still doing WS4SB at that point? NO! You are doing some custom program that you have built for yourself with the things you love most or that work the best from other programs.
I’m still not convinced it’s the most effective way to train but I will say that a friend of mine who is very meticulous and detail oriented as well as a pretty advanced lifter has had some very substantial leg gains on the program over the past few months.

As a side note after herniating a disc I’ll be backing off from my preferred Westside and switch on over to DC as I feel I’ll be able to manage not compressing my disc quite as much in terms of exercise selection instead of 99% of the time squatting, deadlifting, good morning and all the variations I normally do. I’m going to take a walk on the wild side and become one of you pretty boys with your high reps and pumps!

video or it didn’t happen…[/quote]
I actually think I have a video of me herniating the disc - or at least what I can best determine may have done it. Didn’t feel anything give on the lift, but 2 days later it was like being stabbed when I went in to do some speed squatting.
