DB Pullovers

Does anyone use dumbbell pullovers as assistance? I’ve never seen them mentioned in any of Jim’s books or anywhere on the forum (probably for a good reason but I don’t know what that is). I always liked to do them when I previously did bodybuilding. It seems like they would be good to help with lat development and stability for the bench press.

Personally I would rather row or do pull-ups, but you should try it for yourself and see if it works for you.

I wouldn’t give this exercise a second thought. Not a deal breaker.
