DB Bench Press Grip Position

Looking for some insight as to the differences (physiological, benefits, etc) between doing DB Bench Presses with a neutral (handshake) hand configuration versus the ‘regular’ pronated grip.

What are the functional differences between the two?

I guess this applies to the same grip differences with the DB Push Press?

I dont htink the grip changes that much, so much as the position of your elbows,… if they flare out, or if you keep them alongside your body. I think keeping them in will target tris a little bit more, or at least thats what I feel when I do it that way.
