After about 10 hours of driving for the day, I went straight to the gym for my scheduled lift. Mercifully, it was a quick one. Never tried frog squats before but they were pretty cool. Glute kickbacks are going to take some getting used to though. Ready for bed!

Dude I loved the shoulder work in today’s session. Over and back Press and 6 way shoulders rule. I’ve been loving training every day. My recovery is starting to catch up, which feels like a miracle after how I felt by Friday.

Crippled by a late night leg day. Reverse Banded SSB squats were a lot of fun and something just totally different for me. This workout may have only been 4 exercises, but let me tell you it was just diabolical. Which you should expect of you’ve read the title of my log lol

Big arm day last night! The pump was just unreal. My vascularity seemed to be at an all time high. Some combination of 2 McDoubles earlier in the day, high insulin sensitivity from not eating many carbs until the Peri workout window, The exercises, and the Vaso Blast pre workout really seemed to do the trick here. This was a cool day!

Quick chest workout last night. This is programmed beautifully because it pulls back a little on the Total exercises on the days he knows you’re going to be feeling the most run down and then when he feels you’ve had enough lighter days, he throws some absolute monster workouts at you. I love the variety, never knowing what to expect. I never look ahead at future workouts, I let it be a surprise and put my full focus and energy on today’s session.

They are just insanely diabolical. Especially with my separated shoulder, everything hurts worse and is harder! A good warmup definitely helps!

Got an awesome leg day in for Halloween. The lunges supersetted with squats I’m really short rest breaks were DEVASTATING. Absolutely blew my legs up with TNT.

Back day last night. Great session! Training every day is easy, getting the motivation to update my log every day is the difficult part.

Wow this really was an incredible chest day. I really felt locked in and excited, enjoyed the session while I was in the midst of it and left the gym super satisfied with how it went. Just an incredible day in the weight room, really fun to finally work Machine chest press into things especially because my gym finally has one and it feels just like my homemade one in the garage gym. Inclines felt the best they have in forever.

Last night’s leg day was just a different level of heinous and sadistic. I am having a hard time remembering the last time I had a session that was this ball-busting. I’ll just let the workout speak for itself

Got a nice hard and heavy back day in last night. Going to need 2 license plates for it soon because it’s becoming a double wide brother! 2nd time this week doing rack pills and right after legs too. Thankfully all of this work has my lower back feeling bulletproof right now. I’ve got shoulders today and I’m excited for it!

Quick heavy shoulder day after Sunday family dinner. By quick I mean About an hour and ten minutes lol

Really enjoyed the exercise selection and order here. Got to try some new things like super wide Overhead pressing and anytime I get to do some supersets, I get happy.
