Anybody have any idea what the mans program is?
Trained alongside him for a while when he was up in Va. Pretty straight forward, the man just works.
Most of the time it was working up to a top set AMRAP on squat, bench, or deads, then hitting some accessory work. Low volume, balls to the wall for top sets, emphasis on recovery. You know, all the things misinterpreted studies tell us donāt work.
