Dat Puffy-MuscleBrah (How I Train)

you think you’ll ever compete Paulie?
Really this all depends on how I look when I’m done leaning out, (mostly seeing how dense and vascular I am and what my weaknesses are). Regardless I feel like I’m about two years from being ready for a show.

But yes I would love to in the future do physique or bodybuilding atleast once 100% natural.

EDIT:

Not to mention I don’t want to be some guy who competes at like 175, I want to be like 190 shredded at 5’8 on stage.

Thank man! Definitely glad to see you took the time to drop in on my thread

Oh yeah?

I thought he was heavier.

And not to down play anyone that weighs less I know that is how I sound, I just want to be massive when I step on stage.

Know what I mean?

gotcha all. haha

Paul you look very sexy & aesthetic and nobody wants to hear your input on bulking X.

I feel ya, don’t blame ya. Plus weight isn’t everything - Mahmoud Al Durrah - google him.

5’6 competes in the 170 range. Absolute monster. I know he’s 2 inches shorter than you.

All for getting massive mate, go for it!

5’6" @ 170 is not monster. Big cut dude, yes, but “monster” imho needs to be well over 200lbs

LOL!

By the way, where’s HolyMac been hiding?
He’s playing around in that giant sandbox on the other side of the planet.

Looking good Paulie. Keep it going. Ever given thought to Skiploading? It’s a pretty fantastic way to diet - is great for the mind and body, and the science backs it all up.

Did you google him? Yeah dude is just big and cut…

Sorry the derail…continue

5’6" is short. My ex-training partner was 5’7" and competed at 205lbs. He was usually 260+ walking around…and let me tell you, being that weight at 5’7" is fairly noticeable.

I keep picturing you looking like this… lol

I think you should man, you’ve got some good size already. You’ve got good broad shoulders too

no disrespect to paul as he is working on leaning down now. but please dont tell me you think getting up to like 30% bodyfat like he did was a good idea, there is no reason for someone looking to bodybuild to get such a high bodyfat.

again i dont mean this in disrespect to paul keep working on leaning down and you will look great.
