Well theoretically it makes sense, doesnt it? The whole trick behind water manipulation is removing water from your skin and then drawing it into your muscles. Thats one of the uses of creatin, pulling fluid into the muscle cells and thus increasing their volume.
but theory and fact are different things. Ive heard from several people who dont take creatin during shows too.
