Hey everyone, alrgiht well…I hope i don’t get burned for this lol. BUT I’m thinking about using creatine later on…in a few months or so. Primarly jsut to try it, cause I’ve heard it works really good on some people for size and strength.
My question here is, once you stop taking it…will results you’ve gotten go down and stuff like that?..Also is it kinda like “cheating” to take it…cause I’m all about being natural n stuff, and I know creatine isn’t a steroid…but what do you guys think?
Creatine is great, it’s cheap, impacts physique and performance more then any other supplement. It is found in steak FFS if creatine is cheating what is cheating aswell protein!?

im on creatine rite now too and i dont think its cheating because creatine is found in our body and in meat too soo its a natural supplement gues that helped

Alright…aside from the cheating thing I said. Cause I really have no clue about supplements whatsoever.
AFTER your done taking creatine…so you take it for however long…stop taking it…the gains you’ve made…dont they start to lower n stuff cause your not on it anymore?..I’ve heard when people get bigger and stronger from it. Stop using it, then seem to be smaller n such.

There was a thread answering this question a couple of days ago, and there will be 10,000 others on this site answering that and many other creatine questions that you can find if you use the search function
You will lose the water weight yes the extra intra muscular hydration and the enhanced ATP but you will not lose the real muscle you built while taking creatine that is if you gained any worked your tail off and ate.
If your worries about not losing the gains the weight etc dont come off just take it forever.

No No it wouldnt and may have benefits way beyond those of your physique.
I suggest you do more research on your own and reading on the topic before use.

dl, Creatine is not unhealthy and as another poster pointed out you get Creatine from meat that you eat. Creatine is now also believed to help with brain function as well. I use it only on training days postworkout three times per week and see no reason to “cycle off”.
If you do stop using it as Phil said any muscle you put on should remain with continued adequate nutrition and workouts. You may lose some water volume and your ATP energy may decrease slightly.
T-Nation sells a great Micronized German Creatine product, and it is at a great price, I don’t see why someone would not pick this up. 100 servings for $12.99. Creatine is one of the few supplements that actually has noticible results.

Creatine is great is you want to be Mr. Puffy Shoulders. You can see the water. I dont know…even girls I know that dont have a clue what creatine is can tell that there is something going on other than muscle there. Watch the shoulders and chest. As for guys that are natural ectomorphs…I would probably recommend it by my girl view, but for a guy that can get muscle and is getting some or who is already jacked-dont. It is so noticeable.
