The first time I don’t consult T-Nation, and I mess up!
Today I decided to buy a protein supplement. There were loads to choose from, but after checking the amount of protein in each serving I went for soya (which also sounded pretty healthy).
I got a bit worried, though, as it was the only product that didn’t have some ripped adonis on the label, so I decided to do a bit of background reading on the site. I’m glad I did, because it looks like soya protein is the devil in vegetarian form, and it makes you grow man boobies!
Can someone tell me the best protein supplement to go for? I’m in the UK, so could you stick to generics, rather than brand names?
