Is it just me, or does the officiating this season seem to be horrible this year?
I don’t think any bad call, or non-calls, really affected the outcome of the game - I just thought the officiating was horrendous. I can understand missing an occasional hold - but a flagrant face mask, and blatant movement by the O-Line, and not one flag?
Any how - congrats to the Redskins. Zorn called a hell of a game.
I think some people have underrated the accomplishment of the Patriots last year. Yes, I know I know they didnt win the Superbowl–but 16-0 is an incredibly impressive feat in itself.
It happening again the next year was highly unlikely. It is good to know that the 2008 Dallas Cowboys are not the next team to do it.

I agree that the officiating has been pretty poor so far, especially in this game.
Luckily I haven’t witnessed anything particularly atrocious thus far in any Pats game this year (ref-wise), but it’s only a matter of time.

Agreed as well. It seems even though they try to get things better, officiating gets dodgier year in and year out.

Nothing pisses me off more than bad officiating, especially when it’s the game you are playing in. I think every ref in Colorado hates our school.
