Says the fanboy whose team was flat owned by the Cowboys last night.
The pack offense was gassed last night at the end. I have never seen an offense look so winded.
I guess Rogers is only good when he isn’t facing a real defense.
Makes no difference to me, though. Dallas is 3-0 - you can’t say that about your wimp-assed loser Packers, can you?
Hey who made it to the championship game last year and who was home sucking their thumbs and playing golf? Oh, I think it was that choke artist Tony Homo and his gay retarted boyfriend T.O. thank you very much!
I will admit though we played like shit against you guys the other night and we couldn’t stop the run for shit, which is horrible because our run defense is usually on top of its game.
As for Rogers, he did play minnesota. And he did play well against your “boys” last year. And I can’t say that about my pack but I can say if your “boys” are fortunate enough to make it to the playoffs this year my pack will be wiping T.O. off the bottom of their shoes and sending Tony Homo back to pick his gay boyfriend up with a shovel.[/quote]
In case you haven’t noticed - this is 2008. I’m really happy your packers made the playoffs last year, and made it to the NFC championship game. But, that was last season.
Let’s focus on this season. GB is in one of the weakest divisions in the NFL. You can easily finish with 6 losses in the North, and still win it. So saying you can make the playoffs is like saying you can finish 8-8.
The pack had their chance to prove how great they are sunday night. They failed.
Dallas will finish with the best record in the NFC, if not the NFL. Romo is trying not to be so much of a gunslinger, and throw the ball away when he gets in trouble - as evidenced by the 2 grounding calls against him. Since he’s not used to quitting on plays, he has a learning curve to overcome with respect to throwing passes away.
But with that said, if Sunday Night proved nothing else, it proved that you can either shut down the run, or shut down the pass - but you are not going to be able to do both at the same time. So a team is going to have to decide if it wants to lose on the ground, or lose in the air.
