Cycle Wash Out Phase

I haven’t cycled in 2yrs. Feeling my age now at 44
Want to cycle but I’m scared that being off so long I’ll have bad sides.
Done plenty of cycles since I was 36 pretty much 2 per year then TRT cruise.
My first cycle was best results just Test… I’m sure most can relate. So was thinking if I haven’t cycled in 2 years maybe I can repeat my virgin cycle and go big Test only for some sick gains maybe kick it up with Tbol

Lost some size & got a bit fatter
I wanna cut & add some muscle so cycle I need is a bit of a hybrid… usually I do a bulk cycle in winter/fall & cut cycle in spring/summer

I have test c , test P, sustanon, trenA, anavar, winny, Tbol
Plenty of choices in medicine cabinet so really not sure what to do… kinda wanna do a 6month cycle bulk & cut but I know at 44 that’s probably not smart…

What do y’all think ??

You probably won’t see your virgin gains, but if you did well on just test - its probably a good idea to start there.

Your mention of losing fat and gaining muscle as a “hybrid cycle” will likely do a poor job of both, at least according to most who have tried. I’d recommend picking either a bulk or a cut, but probably not both.

Have you been in the gym despite your lack of cycling? If so, how long? (If you never stopped, just say so)

Yup been in gym just not my best performance. Diet has been ok. I haven’t turned into a faty or a stick I’d say I’m 80% of where I’d want to be.
Thinking 2 months lean bulking Test/ sust/ Tbol kick starter
Then 2 months tren/prop/vvar cut

4 month cycle isn’t totally insane… got plenty hcg, anastozle

Bloods are ok no issues on trt 200cyp every week… no issues almost 8 yrs trt

unless you lost all your drug gains, i dont think just upping test is gonna give you “sick gains”… you probably are holding 80% of what you can gain after years of blasting and cruising… but doing test only is definetly a better option…

this is a heavy choice for a comeback, imo…
and i dont see a point to add anavar in… with tren? whats the point? its like blowing up a house and then want to go in and kick it to finish it off, haha…
there is NOTHING that is worth adding to tren ace as nothing will do shit anymore.

what hybrid? you know you cant gain muscle and lose fat at the same time… all steroids are anabolic - they GROW muscle… none of them actually kill fat cells on their own…
you bulk or you cut - that depends ONLY on your diet… if you eat a surplus you will bulk no matter what drugs you take, and the same with cutting - in a caloric deficit you will cut on absolutely ANY steroid…
There is no such thing as a hybrid cycle for hybrid gains… you can bulk and you can cut on a same dose of sustanon - your diet and cardio determines if you cut or you bulk, not a steroid choice…

that would be everyones dream come true to bulk on test and deca, add tren for cutting and get bigger and leaner every month at the same time, haha… would kind of make all bodybuilding stuff useless and super available for everyone.

In my heart I know you are correct and there’s no easy road. For years I was used to the same regime fall bulk & spring cut. But I want to get in best shape possible by Summer & it’s now Feb. Also my fear is I had lots of PED I bought b4 pandemic… some of it shows 2019 / 2020 expiration… I wanted to use it up figured why waste good juice.
I do agree tho that Tren is a beast I didn’t start messing with tren till my 5 or 6th cycle. But I disagree on Vvar. The combo with Tren is amazing diamond hard muscle very angular & vieny.

This way I’m back on track from pandemic…
But I’ll be 45 at some point I gotta stop doing this shit or I’ll end up like these YouTubers

I’ll say I like the test and tbol combo. The tbol just gives a bit of edge especially in cranking out extra reps with a bit of top end strength for me. Test I just don’t get the strength I’d like, but the combo has me hitting pr numbers better than test alone.

Tbol is the best pre workout…not sure if this healthy but taking it with creatine I had great workouts in the bast
