3rd Cycle. Need Some Expert Advice

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well.

I’m planning to start another cycle next year and would like to know if this cycle is good or not would like to get some advice/tips from the experts here if possible, my previous cycle was February until March of 2021 (a 12weeks cycle) and it ended while I was in the middle of cutting because of the pandemic another lockdown occurred in our place which caused to closed all gyms in my area. Now that all restrictions in my place are slowly getting lifted I’m planning to get my ass back to the gym and do another cycle.

Here’s the cycle:

10 weeks - Bulk Cycle
Test E 500mg a week
Tren E 400mg a week (This will be my 2nd time to use this)
Boldenone 400mg a week (This will be my 2nd time to use this)

2 weeks lay-off

8 weeks - Cut Cycle
Test P 400mg a week (This will be my first time using this)
Tren A 400mg a week (This will be my first time using this)
Stan Tabs 50mg a day

2 weeks lay-off

PCT

Details about me:
Age: 28
Height: 5’6
Weight: I haven’t tried checking my weight yet but I reckon I’m around 150 - 160lbs.

Thanks for the help!

post a pic please

A two week lay off won’t accomplish much. I would skip that. Just run an 18 week cycle.

Boldenone for 10 weeks doesn’t work that well. The ester is super long. I would run that for 15 weeks, and cut it with 3 weeks left. I would do that instead of running the stan tabs.

I would just stick to the long esters for your cycle if you start with them. There isn’t going to be much difference in water retention, and the time to clear isn’t crazy with enanthate ester. I would just wait 3 week after the Test E and Tren E clear to start a PCT.

I would consider running HCG during your bridge between cycle and PCT. Tren is pretty heavy, and I would want all the help I could get.

The cycle seems to be a bit heavy (just the Tren) for your stats, unless you are just diced to the bone. Maybe post a picture?

If your diet is on point I’d imagine the tren would keep your body composition in check even in a surplus.

I’ve never ran tren but it seems like that’s what most report. :tipping_hand_man:

Weighs less then my GF on a cut and has ran 2 cycles… i believe he needs a trainer and some diet advice.

Are you saying he needs a fork, not a needle?

What is your opinion on going straight into a cut after bulking and not maintaining the new weight and muscle for a while first?

I believe its doable if you dont get off the stuff.
The maintenance of a weight is tricky. I always just bulk with extra and cut with extra. If i wanna be 260lbs after a bulk i bulk till im 270lbs.
If i wanna be 220lbs after a cut i cut till im 200-210lbs.
I am not sure if just sitting on the same weight does something to help keeping it when you start the cut - maybe it does tho, but i dont like to walk the fine lines, so i always bulk and cut with a good extra.
If you wanna be 260lbs and you stop at 260lbs and then sit on it for a month, its basically the same as just going to 270lbs and cutting right away.
Mentally for me that is easier, as i just cant do “nothing”. When you bulk and cut, at least, you always feel like you are in somewhat of a progress for something.

For all I know you could be 5’6" 160lbs @ 8% bf with fitness model type physique.
Really interested to see what you got out of your first two cycles.

Way too long to run tren. it;s not even gonna be out of your system when you start the cut portion. IMO this is a disaster. If it were me I would start with bulk with test /deca for 10-12 weeks then drop down to low dose of test (150-175wk)for at least a month or so while you readjust calories/training to cut. Once you have this in check i would do moderate test and primo for 10-12 week while you cut.
Your prob not waiting long enough after you come off to PCT either.
Not trying to be a jerk but if your not detail orientated enough to know your weight then I can’t imagine you’ll be disciplined enough to be able to bulk and then flip the switch in that short of a timeframe. This is just my opinion.

I totally missed the pct part… it seems PCT and 19nors don’t generally mix all that well.

@donmuscles0923 what were your previous cycles and did you do blood work after pct?

Actually guys correction this was supposed to be my 4th cycle if ever …

I had a lot of mistakes from the past which I should have known about these forums Wayback normally I do bloodwork before I start my cycle only, I don’t do blood work in the middle of a cycle and after pct.

Give it more time. Get halfway decent first. Also make sure you’re done reverting back to your current state before continuing.

Yes, I’m actually going to see a doctor next week to make sure my organs and blood levels are all healthy. I’m already hitting the gym trying to get back on track and plan to run another cycle sometime next year.

I would be honest with the doc about past drug use and ask that he run tests affiliated with past use. It might even be a good idea to research what all kinds of tests are handy to have when looking for this info so you can be prepared. Most doctors seem to run all kinds of random tests and not a lot of the handy ones for things like this.

This is noted thanks
