Thanks 5.0! I definitely appreciated your support throughout. I’m going to do the 12 week test taper. I’ll have the first 100mg shot on Friday.

Oh, and I am now using my original account. I just figured out how to change the usernames. I had to get rid of the Cortes name on one to use it on this one. I was going to do this a long time ago but always got an error message when I tried to do it. Interestingly enough, it was when I saw that you changed your screen name, 5.0, that I decided to try again.

I had actually wondered about the timing on the name changing. I’m going to switch out your profile on my page then.

Where in Japan you at? I’m in Oki. What did your cycle consist of? I’m looking to try my first in a few months.

Nice progress buddy. Sounds lke the taper has worked well for most here. IM likely giong to go that route in the near future as well.
Your legs definatley looks like they have put on some size as well. However im rather shocked that your max squat is that close to your max bench. Going to assume that that has to due with the lower back issues you speak of.

great job cortes, your gains were very clean with no noticeble body fat increase. keep us updated during the taper!

I’m 5’11". And no, unfortunately I didn’t, and I wish I had. My chest was one of my primary focuses and I think I did a great job of bringing it close to where I want it. Lots of growth there, I felt.

       Just to second what everyone has already said. Beautiful job Cortes. The log was fantasticly detailed. What was the dosage you ran again, wasn't it 500mg/test enan?

Heheh. I know, that little bastard got bigger, too!

I think the problem with my squat and bench is that my squat form probably sucks, but I train completely alone so I don’t really have someone to coach me through it.

Actually, I could probably have a much higher bench if not for this, too. Or I’m just a weak little bitch. I personally think that I should have been able to push these numbers before I ever started.

Other than the slight problem with not running an AI, I can’t imagine a better first cycle. I can only hope my first one will end up with such great results…

Sorry, I should have posted the dosages at the start. Test enanthate 250mgs E3D for 12 weeks. And dbol 30-40mgs ED for the first 4 weeks.

Thanks MrZsasz! You’ve been a great supporter throughout and you know I appreciate it.

As far as your cycle goes, if you learn from my mistake and get an AI and then stick with test for your first goaround, I don’t think you should have anything but great results. It’s good stuff, this testosterone.

Very, very impressive Cortes. Really. It’s obvious you put the work in. And damn, I’m jealous of your bench press!

Thanks Jelly Roll. This log was directly inspired by your first cycle log, believe it or not.

And yes, I’ll be using this link to provide updates on the test taper.

I’m two and a half weeks into my test taper. I know it isn’t really enough time to make too many assumptions, but I’ll post every week or so here to log my progress.

Drawing from a vial with an insulin syringe is fun. Woohoo. Well, about as fun as eating toenail clippings, but shooting actually is a breeze. I have used delts and quads.

No apparent reduction in strength so far. My workouts are pretty short, usually around 45 minutes. I do a few warmup sets and then use a weight I can push about 5-6 times for my working sets. Push, pull and leg day.

My weight has dropped 3-4lbs, but it seems like it was the remainder of the bloat, as I now look leaner and my measurements have not changed.

So far all is good. I feel no hormonal craziness. As a matter of fact I don’t even feel that much different. I am still horny all of the damn time. I still feel “good” in general. The only thing different is that I don’t quite have that feeling that I could lift anything when I go to the gym. It’s hard to describe, but I feel just a bit more human and just a tiny bit less superhuman.

I’ll keep you posted.

I was wondering how you were doing. Sounds great. If yours is anything like mine, you may not lose much more weight. Strength, a little, but not too much, really. Good work.

Nope, just the test. If something weird happens I have a ton of both on hand. But if things progress as they have been, I shouldn’t need any.

I can’t wait to get back on, however.

This is my 6th week of PCT. I’m nearly done with the stasis period and will begin the taper. Still no issues other an a scattering of zits on my chest and stomach, of all places. Measurements remain unchanged, although I was unhappy to find that my bench has decreased a bit. Squat has not decreased so far, so that’s great.

I’ve been getting experimental with injection sites. Since I’m using such a small pin, I figured I’d try some different areas. I’ve shot tricep and calf now with no problems. Of course the oil volume is so tiny that I would be unlikely to experience any problems anyway, but it’s good to know that I have other areas I can hit when I move to every day injections like I probably will starting in April.

Next cycle is probably going to be an 8-weeker high-dose cycle inspired by World’s current run (thank you, World). I’ll most likely be using test and tren. Probably 750 test/350 tren a week. I’ll post a new thread asking questions about this one soon.

A few things to keep in mind about these short cycles.

A kick start will be necessary since it’s going to be so short, even one week will make a big difference. Kick it off with drol r something.

I like waiting till the Class I is in full effect before adding (or re-adding) other compounds. So wait till around week 3 or so for the tren ace. I’ve talked to other guys about the tren ace sides and apparently they believe they’re just as bad at 50mg ED as the 75mg ED I took. I did notice they seem to decrease significantly after the first day or two.

One mistake I made was using ace first and planning to use enan at the end of the cycle. Like I’ve said before, my cycle is largely experimental so I want to see how I react to the enan opposed to ace. I understand the side effects can be non-existent or at least greatly diminished.

My advice to you, wait until week 3 or so, then add in a goood amount of tren (5-600mg/wk) along with some sort of strong oral, like anadrol. The reason I added winny as well is that it does a good job for me of preventing drol sides.

As far as the tren goes, my advice is to start with enan during weeks 3 and 4. Then on weeks 7 and 8, use the ace since it exits your system much quicker and preps you for your recovery.
