I used to compete in powerlifting when I was Natty and did a bodybuilding show as well. This was quite a while ago, but I won my class and lost the overall by 1 point as a bantamweight. All of this was drug tested. As a natty my best gym squat was 705 at 181, best in a meet was around 680lbs or 310kilos, it’s been a while and the USAPL changed the weight classes so I can’t find my records anymore lol. Best bench was around 425 and my deadlift always sucked, around 600.
I did not start using gear until about 3 years ago. I do plan to compete again but I am balancing a full time job, dad and husband duties, and am concurrently pursuing a BS in Nutrition. I am also doing certifications through Precision Nutrition for Nutrition and Sleep, Stress and Recovery certs. I’ve also been coached by a few high level coaches and learned a lot jsut doing that. Love my current coach and continuing to learn.
I hope to use those certs and degrees to transition to online coaching in the near-ish future. And would love to do some shows in the next few years and see if I can at least get a Master’s pro-card.
I will learn how to pin delts since im doing only around 0.3ml. You speak of your quads but doesnt it have the same impact on your delts?
You look quite good without having to go past 500mg.
The issue is that the testes become less sensitive to hcg with time and while its true that many recovered without issues (heck there are even guys that get theirs kids while on high doses of AAS) but the truth is that theres whole another lot that didnt
I don’t get much AI effect from Mast or Primo. Some people don’t get that affect from EQ, but it seems much more consistent than with the DHT’s for most people. AI’s aren’t the devil either, If I run high test and GH alone, I’ll use an AI. But in this cycle I don’t need to currently.
It might seem like a lot, but I have my diet, preventive meds and supplements dialed. Even on this cycle right now my bloodwork is so good my doctor can’t believe it.
So everything I take and do is calculated and has a specific purpose. At my age and with the beating I have put myself through with crazy powerlifting stuff I have an equal focus on longevity, healthspan with lifespan, and continuing do be able to train as long as possible. I’m honestly much healthier now than I was before I started using peds.
those are crazy lifts, very well done, I can’t imagine doing even 2/3 of that weight and that’s assisted! it’s a pity, well for want of a better word because I don’t know your situation, that you didn’t go into a drugs phase after achieving those things, well done on winning a class at a bodybuilding show too! it would have made your online coaching business basically for you back then. you’re working hard alongside those reponsibilities, I’m inspired.
what are your current lifts like on squat and bench?
I think it could be to do with the amount of oil injected, I said 1ml into delts but that’s incorrect, my amps of test are 250mg/ml so it’s .5ml into delts. I put 1ml into quads and yeah it scarred me, was probably a one off but I was too scared to go back to it. I might do on the next blast.

I haven’t squatted or benched in over a year. I’m a bodybuilder now and no one cares what your lifts are when you’re on a stage in your underwear.
There are better movements and ways to grow than squats and benches. And everyone I know who has torn a pec did it on flat bench. And that happens to a LOT of people.
I am still very strong I just don’t have anything to prove and am not concerned with those numbers anymore. I focus on the training that will improve my physique goals now. Also, and this might hurt the powerlifters feelings, but imo hard bodybuilding training and dedication to nutrition is a lot harder than powerlifting training. It’s just a different kind of pain and exertion and 24 hour dedication to training, eating healthy and recovering.

Rear Delts
Side Delts
Tri’s
Ventroglutes
Lats
You look like you have good development, 1ml should be a cake walk in any of those areas. Maybe try .5 in the Tri’s if you do that.
I don’t get pip from pretty much anything so I never take the time to heat up my oil but that can help too for a lot of people, just run the pin with the cap still on under warm water or heat up the vial.
I mix my entire weekly dose into an empty vial and just draw fro that each day. Backfill insulin pins with an 18g.
very true about heavy specific weights not having any impact on your physique as such, however in my mind squatting is one of the best muscle builders there is. that’s obviously me being influenced by the old school bodybuilders and I hate squatting but I couldn’t imagine dropping it from my plan. as for flat benching I do agree with you there, I’ve not flat benched since I got back into the gym this year, I only db incline press or use the plate loaded one because I need to improve my upper chest.
yeah bodybuilding is tricky, it almost becomes robotic eating the same thing day in day out, especially during prep but I enjoyed that process because you see weekly improvements.
I loved squatting, there was a time when I thought the same thing about muscle building and jsut squatting in general. Unfortunately, very few people I have met are able to really get great quad or hamstring development from squatting due to limb and trunk proportions.
Now my favorite leg exercises are Pendulum Squats, Hack Squats, 30degree leg presses, Belt Squats, RDLs, Reverse Hypers, Seated/lying leg curls.
Get on a Pendulum squat if you haven’t used one and you may really like it. Nothing hits the quads like those for me.
Well I should be on the good side with 0.3ml. I think glutes are safer in the case things go south I have seen a guy losing half of his forearm and another half his leg at least in the glutes you get to hide it
You won’t know if it’s enough or too much until you get into the cycle. Just keep an eye out for low E2 signs, joint pain is a big one for me, and get your E2 checked about 3-4 weeks after starting the Boldenone. That will be the only surefire way to know.
If it was me, I know I would have to drop any AI before starting, but I can’t say that for certain for you.
I’ve no idea why I never thought of that before, it’s genius. so you use insulin pins in your glutes and quads? I was using 23 guage 1 inch needles, maybe that’s why it hurt my leg so much, no issues in the glute. I’m pinning the bpc sub-q in my quad with the insulin syringe so I should try that in future if I’m blasting and wish to use my quad.
were you talking about my development? I’ve never considered pinning rear delts or lats, to be fair I’ve never run a high dose that I’ve needed many pinning areas. highest I’ve ever done per week is 3mls and that was split into l/r glute mon/thurs so was easy with 500mg test e and 250mg deca. had one run with deca and really did like it, no visible sides, and didn’t have any issues downstairs - if anything it made downstairs perform better and my libido was through the roof.

But yes, I use 29g pins for oil backfilled and 31g for water based stuff like GH, L-Carn and Reta.
The only issue I would be concerned about with insulin pins is making sure you’re lean enough to get into the muscle. I assume you are, but some people may have issues there. You can also just get the luer locks in 29g and 31g, I might go up to a 27g for those as the longer pin can be more difficult to push oil through at 1-1.5” vs slin pins at .5”
yeah I’ve not had access to one of them before but the new gym I’m going to join has one, I look forward to trying it. pfft who am I kidding I hate training legs. I do hack squats after back squats to start and want to leave.

yeah I’m not lean enough yet but I’m on my cruise anyway until I do get lean so it’s an option for the blast thank you. I got the luer locks syringes after using the original push ones but they popped off three times during my blast which put my brother off doing my injections so will always purchase luer lock in future.
