Having a meal plan helps me take track of everything I take measures twice a day and can know with ease where I am going.

Now you mention something interesting what should I expect in terms of weight increase?

I always liked orals and have quite a lot in my house I never had much issues regarding food intake mostly because since I have a meal plan eating becomes just sets and repetitions for me if you understand.

I want to use MK 677 for support during my PCT and I will keep track of my calories just the same no matter how hungry I get

What would be the ideal of surplus for a cycle like this?
Do you have anything to comment regarding the cycle?

Also I used to be the bane of every all you can eat restaurants when I was younger so having a stomach full of protein is nothing :joy:

the surplus of calories is something I would seperate from the drug side of things. you just need to be eating enough to make sure you are growing. eat whichever calories you plan, whether it was the 4200 originally or the 3900 meal plan, just ensure you track weight daily and aim for 1lb per week, the initial stages may see you put on 3-4lbs per week, don’t panic, stick it out and then evaluate 2-3 weeks in. same goes for when you cut, I lost a lot of weight the first few weeks - mainly water - then it slows down and I adjust accordingly.

I’m not really qualified to dish out drug advice because I’m still a relative novice although I’ve been on for the last 6-7 years with no hcg, you can imagine how my balls look. n/h. I’ve never used tren or anavar, just test e, deca, dbol and proviron. I’ve been looking into tren as it may be something I’m interested in future so I would recommend watching VigorousSteve on youtube, I like his videos, he’d probably recommend a lower tren dose to start with and make sure you pin everyday.

For weight gain it’s really dependent on your goals and experience and level of development.

Generally though i would shoot for around .75-1.5 pounds per week. But you will also need time to see where your steady state/ baseline is after the inital chnage to your diet and adding in gear. Much higher than at 1.5 or higher you’re almost definietly adding more fat that will take more time to diet off later and reduce the gains you keep.

Use the mirror and do check-n pics at least weekly. Same day each week, after you get up and void your bladder/bowels, before training and eating etc. Take pics in the same place of your home with the same lighting (use lighting that is actually good and washes you out, not complimentary lighting which makes it hard to see your actual progress but makes you look better than you really do.

Compare those with your weight and bodyfat logs. If you can, get a Hume Bodypod for realtively accurate and very consistent bodyfat/weight data.

Gaining some fat is unavoidable, gaining a bunch is avoidable.

I’d recommend real GH, even generic is better than MK-677. I’m not sure why you’re thinking it’s cycle support but it’s not going to do anything for your HPTA, it’s not PCT relevant. The only thing it’s going to maybe do is help with muscle retention and sleep and it will make you very hungry. GH will retain muscle and improve sleep quality and not make you hungry and it will do all of those much better with a bio-identical hormone that doesn’t do real weird shit. obviously, I hate MK-677 lol. I don’t know anyone that actually uses it anymore. It’s also going to fuck up your insulin sensitivity way faster than GH (which can have an effect as well) and you don’t want that after you’ve been bulking and most likely willa lready be at some level of resistance at that point,.

I always thought my better endurance came from just being more interested in cardio.
Most of the people I train with are naturals (or at least they claim to be), and they tend to gas out a lot faster than I do during practice.

As for trenbolone, I thought it made sense since testosterone takes about 3 months to clear out anyway, so what’s an extra 2 months, especially considering the ‘grey zone’ I’ll be in during PCT? I never really considered EQ because I was told it’s not a great muscle-building agent outside of improving cardio capacity, plus it has a longer detection time.

Funny thing: I accidentally bought NPP and ended up giving it away as a birthday gift to a friend.

Please don’t watch Steve. He makes videos for views and a lot of his advice is pretty ridiculous. You would be better off finding one of the larger steroid focused forums, they’re easy to find. Or listening to real coaches who don;t rat on their clients like Steve did.

I love EQ and it’s an EXCELLENT growth agent. You just have to be awre that in many people (including me) it crushes E2, so I have to run test higher to offset that. Example, started a cycle at 500 test 300EQ 200NPP, E2 was bottomed out. Bumped up the test and rechecked E2 until I got it in range.

I love NPP too, for my joints mainly in my 40’s now but also a great growth agent.

Lots of guys growing well on high test and mast or primo (or both) too, Unfortunately mast and primo are a little more expensive now due to shortages and they are not as great as Nandrolone or Boldenone (EQ)

My current cycle for example is:

Weekly, split into daily injections:
600mg Test E
200mg Test P
300mg EQ
200mg NPP

Daily:
4IU GH

Weekly single dose:
2mg Reta

why do you have an issue with MK-677? I used it this year for 4 weeks mid gaining phase as I struggled to get enough calories in and I have no issues whatsoever with it. I viewed it as a cheap supplement more than anything else however with the intention of increasing my appetite.

I’m glad to hear your views, I’ve not done enough research on EQ or NPP as I too have read they should be kept for a gaining phase and that isn’t on the cards any time soon for me. can I ask for your views on DHB, have you ever used it? it’s come up on my radar as a good anabolic to run in a growth phase however can be harsh on the kidneys so obvious frequent blood tests are recommended.

I will be using DHB soon. Haven’t used it yet. The guys I know, including my coach, love it. And their bloodwork shows that it is not a problem for inflammation which seems to be a myth that has been propagated by a few reports here and there that were blown out of proportion. A lot of people are using it now with shortages in other compounds.

Main issue with DHB from my understanding is it can have significant PIP, but if you find a source that minimizes the solvents used to keep it in soliution that can be mitigated.

If thats the case then I will stick to the lower end. I will continue to track my weight daily makes sense you had water weight from deca and dbol.
I have considered pining every day but I only have experience doing it on my glutes and I am afraid of screwing anything doing on other places.

I think you mixed up some of my responses with liverpool. I didn’t mention Dbol or 7 years lol. But definitely not a fan of steve. Maybe for entertainment but not for real advice. Definitely a lot of people that like him though.

yeah I read that about the pip, even worse is that most sources seem to only have 100mg/ml which is going to be a pain. I’ve seen a couple 200mg/ml but they seem to be few and far between with reviews. also seems to commonly crystallize which is easily rectifiable however.

may I ask, do you compete? have you got a background in bodybuilding? you say you don’t post much and I’ve just recently come back so I’m unaware.

if you’re doing lower than 1ml (which you should be with the tren each day) I’d recommend the delts for sure. I do my delts once per week on my current trt dose and it’s easy with no pain. (1ml in an insulin syringe) I pinned my quad once, couldn’t walk the day after and said never again.

yeah a novice in the amount of compounds I’ve used and I’m eager to learn more, I’ve only ran 4 blasts and they’ve all been test e focused never going above 500mg, however I do think I’ll push test up sometime in the future.

I think they are already gone! in all seriousness it hasn’t been a worry for me since I started, I made the decision with my first cycle I would be on for life so would blast and cruise. I’d like to think if I do want children that I could maybe blast hcg and other ancillaries I’ve read into.

I typically don’t waste money on research compounds that have very little data behind them and are not approved anywhere. Especially when the real bio-identical hormone that you want the results from canbe obtained easily and relatively affordably.

I also don;t want to use anything that I know for certain will wreck my insulin sensitivity. Metabolic function is one of the most important things for muscle growth. Next time you do a cycle of MK, start baselining your insulin sensitivity prior:
Get these checked:
Fasting Insulin
Fasting Glucose
C-peptide
HbA1c
Check your morning and postprandial glucose levels at home for a while with a glucose monitor.

Then continue with the glucose monitor during the cycle and get the blood markers checked again and see what happens in that area. I would expect to see some changes. The way MK causes your body to produce more GH is very unnatural and not at all like your natural body response. I have no reason to use it over GH. GH is awesome

Right now I dont have money for GH. You already stated the reason why I want to take MK-677 keep muscle retention and sleep. Being hungry is not an issue for me I used to do water fasting for spiritual reasons really long periods of time like weeks and had no issues with it.

Regarding insuline resistance Im thinking of going keto since outside of water fasting is the only thing that might help

I appreciate the response and the suggestions to do with blood markers but I was disappointed with the MK-677 in the end so won’t be running it again. don’t feel it improved my appetite as much as I read it had done to others so won’t be investing in it again.

however in your first paragraph you say you’re not so interested in research compounds, have you had any reason to try BPC-157? I started it 3 weeks ago at 250mcg per day and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone dealing with a training-related injury. my left quad had a sharp pain running deep about 40cm down my leg on the outside, at about 80% pain to the point after training legs I would struggle to sleep for tossing and turning. day one the pain was down to around 25% and since then the highest it’s gone is around 25% after training legs and is sometimes as low as 0% pain.

Interesting so I dont have to think about estrogen with it? In way it would be like masteron but better?
