Cycle Length: 8 or 12 Weeks?

I have test cyp 100mg, sustanon 250mg, and tren ace 100mg.

What should my cycle look like for strength and size I think I have enough for 8 maybe 12 weeks. Currently 245 training 3 times a week and I’m very low carb right now basically carnivore. I’m 41 years old male.

Pretty hard to recommend you take anything when you don’t mention prior PED use. What is your height/body fat? What do your lifts look like?

Cycle history is key as @s.gentz mentioned. Tren is king but not for light hearted use nor beginners IMO. Faceless photo? Training history? Height? Realistic BF if you won’t share a photo?

These three are not ideal mixes IMO. Tren Ace is short so I would run a short ester Test with it. Short ester cycles are typically 8 weeks to maybe 10 weeks on the outset.

I’ve been on cyp before and anavar for a short 12 week cycle. Lifts aren’t great since I’m more of a weighted pull up, push up, air squat guy. I want to do 50 strict pullups with a 40 lbs vest on and I can do 12 now haha. Body fat fluctuates around 21-23 percent and I’m 6 foot 8 and 41 years old.

Interesting, so they will not work great together and I should look for a different stack? Any way to run these (I listed my extra info above) to get some gains as to not waste them?

You need to build a foundation of strength with a solid tried and true training program. You won’t get big and strong doing air squats.

It will work, just not entirely ideal. Sus is a blend of esters and Cyp is a long ester. You would base your pinning schedule on the Tren Ace and just add your Test to the same syringe with each pin. Pick which Test you want to use and run with it.

I don’t necessarily want to get huge I want to be stronger sure and add a little muscle but I box and kickbox so I mainly want to be able to maintain my speed strength cardio over an extended period of time if that makes sense. Weighted Pull ups have always been my best “lift”

This can be done at TRT doses of testosterone. Leave the tren alone until you actually need it. With that being said, you’re 6’8’’ and from the looks of it prepared to take steroids. Don’t let this potential go to waste.

@blshaw what would you do if you were 6’8’'? Would you be afraid of getting too huge? :crazy_face:

Good question! My best bud from college was that tall, an entire foot above me. I wouldn’t want the kind of attention he got, but I would love to be 6’-6’2!

Zero reason to use tren here. You are also in no condition to use AAS. You need to get your body fat down.

Go to a legit doctor and get a TRT prescription. Done. No fucking Tren

Ok so basically just do 250 or so mg of cyp every 3 or 4 days? Yeah i dont want to get crazy big a little big bigger and strong and leaner overall.

I’ll stand by my statement above. At your bodyfat there is no reason to use test. Get your fat levels down. If you are boxing and kickboxing and training and you are still over 20%bf then you need to take a hard look at your diet.

Nope, 80-100mg of test Cyp or E every 3 days. That’s it.
