Weight: 188 pounds
Bodyfat: Don’t know, hope you can help me guess.
Height: Still 6’04
Waist: 33 inches
Story:
Lifted for about 2,5 years with a crap ass diet, got stronger, got more muscle.
The first 6 months looked pretty good, I was getting stronger, bigger and leaner, well things turned, I got STUCK. Weight was around 185 then.
I read about bulking, well i bulked for the next 2 years to cut the story short. Well I kind of bulked for the next 6 months, then cut a little but not enough and started to pig out again.
About 5 months ago i realized I was a fat son of a gun, well I decided to shed the fat, I was sick and tierd of looking like a fat guy, but feeling big (What’s up with that shit…?) Now i realize that I just was very fat, and why the hell i felt big I don’t know .
Now i’ve been cutting for 5 months, with a little stop in between because a shitty ass shoulder that I don’t want to eloborate more on it.
So I say a good solid 4 months of good cutting.
Goal for now:
Getting more shredded, shredding all the fat on my body.
And after that, build some huge amounts of muscle, WITH watching my waist, diet, and the mirror…
agreed, well done on losing the bf. Develop your muscle now, get a good amount of lean calorie burning tissue, then next time you cut you will be able to drop the excess body fat much faster and more efficiently. So do a lean bulk, (IMO, this is your journey and body of course) then you’ll see the big difference having a decent amount of muscle can make in your cutting phases. Good luck brotha, again nicely done! Never quit -u4ic

Thanks for the compliment on loosing bodyfat.
I know it’s time to get more musclemass onboard.
It’s a pain in the ass though having shoulder problems, hard to get in a real workout without causing pain…
Well, losing 52 lbs is certainly a tremendous accomplishment.
However, you probably would have been best served posting in the Beginners Forum.
The RMP audience is unwilling to flex (no pun intended) on the requirements for a new thread and a proper rating. You need to post pictures of the standard bodybuilding poses (including legs) in order to avoid being flamed.
Then, and only then, will you recieve constructive criticism and feedback for progress…
its always amazing how much size you lose when you cut…knowing that, clean up your bulk a little next time around. pigging out is fine, but try to ditch the junk as much as possible

Carry on.

Did not think of where to post it, just posted it where it seemed most logical to me, so pardon on my end for that.
