its always amazing how much size you lose when you cut…knowing that, clean up your bulk a little next time around. pigging out is fine, but try to ditch the junk as much as possible
You mean I lost much musclemass?
Think I lost quite a bit, don’t care.
I’ll get all that back within a month or two time with a clean bulk, and even adding some.
I’ll clean up my bulk alot, add more protein and diatery fats (healthy fats), and less carbohydrates. Then previous time.
Good job on the weight loss and yeah you need thick skin here. The guys like to joke some times but posting the required pics help the flaming. Ha Ha Time to bulk Good luck man.
and yes when you cut like that no mater how well you do it you will loose a fair amount of muscle with it as well.
dont worry about just slowly up your calories add plenty of fats and protien but dont try and do it too fast.
slow and steady is the way,its obviously not the only way but it is the best.
be patient and work hard you will get there before you know it.

Thank you for saying that
Yep, wonder how fast it will come on once I start bulking (slowly so help me god), and getting serious about adding mass. Will be fun to see
I will not try to do it to fast, I have learned the hard way that bulking don’t just mean “see & eat”, but it means sticking to a diet and eating healthy with a caloric plus (Yeeeij)…
I will probably be too careful in the begining, because I really don’t want to gain to much fat back, but I will find a sweet spot for bulking, say… 400-500g gain pr week? Sounds good to me, 5-6kgs (13-14 pounds), per 12 week training cycle.

240->188 in a solid 4 months is pretty damn impressive. Damn I am jealous of how quick some people can lose fat.
I wish I could put on muscle that quick. LOL
