Looking for some sort of guidance! Been. Fatty all my life still chunky, recently dropped 130+ pounds and I wanna be ripped and lean! On a good diet straight protein and some greens also straight water or coffee ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR! wanna loose more weight and bulk muscle… New to this world wanna learn! I’m not scared of hard dedication. I’ll do it all naturally with the proper guidance. Any advice helps. Thanks!

Just for awareness, these tend to be diametrically opposed goals. You’ve got to pick one and focus on it for a time, just like you did with your incredible weight loss.

Yes sir my pops was a heavy lifter, he’s taught me a bunch but I’m coachable and always open to new ideas I got a bench and some weights right now. I hit it about everyday after work. I’m going Friday to buy a smith machine I like to be in the comfort of my house to focus. Dads got me working my chest hard I told him I wanna make it flat and fit not fat. I do about 120 push ups a day. Incline and flat bench bent rows Arnold’s a variety of things I’m still learning the names of’em but I know how todo them. Any tips is much appreciated.
