i read through the think tank dialog. i saw CT written an arm training programs for TC, if CT or anybody read this, can they give some suggestion on training shoulders(not include traps)?
my traps are always grow faster than my shoulders(even i rarely train them), my shoulder’s size sucks.
i only got 4 weeks to do this, and i can only train once per day. any suggestion?
(CT’s shoulder overhaul is too long for me)
BTW,i just hurt my left ankle, i can’t even do anything standing,eg.power cleans, standing military press.etc.
