I’m about to start CT’s Pendulum for Athletes to help get ready for the indoor track season. I’ll definitely be doing the long jump and triple jump, and I may be doing the high jump and 100m. Any suggestions for workous on the speed and conditioning days? Thanks.

Yep. Check out Charlie Francis’ website! I think it’s excellent. The only thing about it that I don’t like is that arrogant AH named David who acts like he knows everything and puts you down. Say Westside and he’ll bash you. I don’t think CT’s a big fan of him either because he was always questioning CT’s methods acting like David’s (primarly OLY lifting) is better than CT’s ways.
