CT Strength Block Q

Hello to all,
Im doing the following CT strength block:
Wk1 3x8
Wk2 3x8,3x4
Wk3 5/3/2/5/3/2
Wk4 3x6 test

I completed week one, on most of the exercises I completed the first set reps (8) the second set 7 and the last set 6, on the military press it was 8-7-4, my goal is to improve relative strength, for the following weeks should I :
a)lower the weight to allowed me to complete all the reps in all the sets

b)leave the intensity as it is and just try to do as many reps as I can in the second and third sets.

Also, I know that this will depend on the individual but for those who have experience with this types of block will a 10 pound increase will be consider a good gain or should a shoot for 15 /20?

I now that coach T is busy but anybody that can help me out will be appreciated.
