Crossroads

Ive been lifting weights for some while now, most recently i used NO Xplode with Prolab N Large2 and my results are not what i was hoping for, sure i have got good strength gains but my mass gains are lagging behind. I train intensly with good form, i eat well, but my training partner has got far superior gains with what looks like less effort, its very fucking annoying, i was wondering if anyone could give me advice with either supplementation or if i should head down a different avenue?

Slow gains usually means MORE intake be it from a shake like Metebolid Drive and more food or real food. That and reciovery and hard training.

But if your training hard resting and arent making gains check the diet.

I second that. This is the order of most commonly screwed up things that sabotage gains, that I’ve seen.

  1. Diet = Need More Food!

  2. Not recovering enough to progress

3)Not really training as hard as you think you are.

4)It’s not about the supplements, it’s about the food.

Those supps are junk.

Spend the same amount on food, and you will be better off.

If you like supps though, the ones available on this site are second to none.
