While you might be able to finish this or not; it’s too much . Mainly when you get to doing 20,15,12,10,8,6 for deadlifts and squats.

If your new; it’s not wise to just make up a program all on your own. Just look something up here and give it a shot. At least then you’ll have good framework for a program and you can then tweak it to your needs.

I second the idea of finding a program from this site and doing it as written, as mentioned by Brock above.

Examples of great programs:
Starting Strength
WS4SB (West Side For Skinny Bastards)
HSS-100
Total Body Training.

Use the search feature to find any one of these; where you’re at, they’re all equally good. pick one and go with it. Make progress. in 12-16 weeks, after you’ve seen some gains, switch it up on 'em.

I couldn’t imagine how doing an exercise that is best used as a strength builder (deadlifts) for 61 total reps could benefit you … Is your first few reps strictly warm up with super light weight?

I think you need to clearly define your goals for yourself and search for a starter program that coincides your goals … Maybe read up on CNS reactions to high rep stimulation … or maybe that might be too soon for you … get a clear goal and work your way toward that

I agree and there are not only more effective thing / ways but safer. they occasional high rep 20RM approx or so balls out effort on a dl can build mental and physical strength but 60+ reps your doing one of two things or both using a load that’s worthless, and or, aiming to get injured.

I agree again

there are a ton of great programs out there by people who know what there doing Its OK and you should use them walk before you run, learn and then implement from the training vocabulary you gin from years under the bar.

To make it even more clear, Its well known that even great, the best strength and conditioning coaches who co

The hardest thing to do is detach from ones self and take an honest look at whats best for YOU and your goals, and to do it for others even takes year if you are to be effective.

hope that helps,
