This was before christmas, did 130 kg for ten singles , here one of them. How can i improve?
Any idea why you’re so slow off the floor?
Don’t sit so long in position. You drain energy.
Just set your feet, take in a giant gulp of air, get your grip, start rolling it towards you as you get into your position and then just explode up when the bar gets to where you want it to be/you’re in proper position.

I have noticed that to, I should have a higher hip position when i pull, some i do it good and the weight flyes of the ground and sometimes i start weird and the weight seems really heavy,
A higher hip position is fine. but before that, you need to have more body awareness.
Are you loading and activating your hamtrings at the start in your current position.
Are you using your glutes at the bottom and not just near the lockout
This will also explain why your form is inconsistent with a higher hip position.
you didn’t lock out with your lats

Yes, feeling tight. A huge contraction/ strech in my hamstrings/ glutes, without this I feel my deadlift gets sloopy, I didn’t concentrate on it this rep your right, I just grab/ ripped.
Thanks for the response man.

Aren’t you 15-16 to? I think I have read some of your posts.
You mean , by pushing out your chest or in that sence? So you contract you back?

Using glutes by, engaging them? Right? I keep this three points in mind , depresseds houlder , to engage lats( like bring Them down, not back. Core thightness and flute activation and /or chin down,

Yup. If you are the kind that likes to grip and rip, I’d suggest doing multiple low rep sets (or speed sets) at a lighter weight to ingrain your technique and make it second nature.
You can do this after main work sets or on another day.
