As some other updates:
I hit a 520 deadlift
I was doing 225 for sets of 6 of paused bench
I am down to about 10% BF right now at a weight of 195
Carbolin 19 and ReceptorMax kick ass as I have been able to hold onto much of my muscle mass while dieting down. Up until this last week my strength has been great as well but now it’s dropped due to lack of carbs.
