CrewPierce Continues

Well I have finally moved my squat stance all the way out so that in a squat rack my feet hit the stand.

I did squats the other night at my gym and not at my friend’s house (she has a monolift). Man it sucks walking out the weights! lol

I did 245 for 5x5 with no belt or anything.

My goal is for 315 for 5x5 with no belt or knee wraps. After I do that I can get back into my suit!

Oh yeah, and you’re a pretty damn good powerlifter too… Stop beating yourself up, you train with the SHW’s for crying out loud, when you’re 275 lbs. just think how many plates you’ll be loading on the bar…

Haha thanks man!! You’re comment was very much appreciated this morning. With all of the laid off/voluntary severance package people leaving this week I’ve been working long hours and a good laugh on a sleepy morning is what I needed!

I pulled 450 without a belt for 2 singles last night. I was happy with that!

Oh I measured my arms last night…haha dumb I know :slight_smile: But my arms have increased by 2 inches since my PC.

So what do you weigh now?

About 205 and I’m not sure.

I eat solid meals every two hours but my meals change every day. I try to eat 300 grams of protein per day and I cycle my carbs based on my workouts. On non-workout days I lower my carbs and on deadlift/squat days I increase my carbs to the highest of the week.

Counting cals is overrated in my book unless you are on a cutting diet.

Here’s a picture of my big deadlift of the day. as you can see I have decent quads but still no calves haha.

Here is another deadlift picture.

I went 3 for 4 in the deadlift, missing my last attempt at 523 pounds.

No…I think we are the only two Clemson guys on here who actually lift.

Jacked Diesel is doing crossfad and I dont think the other two every actually lifted to begin with, haha.

Well I’m currently training to add some muscle and not look like a total fat ass at my wedding in 5 weeks. My lifts aren’t anything great at the moment as I have been doing high reps, although I am up to using 225 for 6-8 reps on the bench.

Oh and the other main person at the wedding would be this CuTiger chick. She seems to be stalking me or something and has somehow tricked me into buying her some big diamond instead or buying a Harley.

ok well since I have been doing some bodybuilding type workouts here some measurements:

Neck: 15in
Chest: 40in
Arms: 17in
Waist: 33in
Thigh: 26.5in

The big diamond is so much more practical :slight_smile: Stalking?? No. Keeping you on your toes? yes.
