Slightly less awful bench is always appreciated. The pull-up bar here is much thicker than the Bama one and gets super slippery, need to start bringing chalk.

Ft. everyone’s favorite recurring side character. Not horrifically vision-quest-y like some of those last summer where the heat was 100+ degrees, but always a nice gut check.

You’re a monster. What did you get?

3 Tacos Supreme, a Nachos Bell Grande, and a 3/4 Diet Pepsi 1/4 lemonade. Haven’t gotten Taco Bell in like a year lol

Home just before midnight, about to hammer a fuckton of meat, cheese, nuts, pita, and hummus and then sleep like a baby.

Pretty rough day. Felt off throughout warm-ups, and missed the last rep at 180, which is the first time in quite a while I’ve missed anything. Most likely because of yesterday, so as long as I can hit my TM next week I’m not worried. DB selection here is pretty bad so I’m going to work on dips.

I’m sorry, are we all just going to ignore this?

@atlas13

I love drink alchemy lol. Half-and-half diet sprite and grape Powerade zero has been my go-to for a while now, and for at Bama they had this cherry vitamin water that went well with Diet Coke. The Diet Pepsi/lemonade was pretty underwhelming though.

This all only works because I like my soda flat-ish, which is the hill I will die on here.

This is got nothing on the guy who ate Pop-Tarts with mustard

Fully concur. When I was a kid I’d get a cream soda and open it the day before I planned on drinking it, haha.
