TPWiaB W9D6: Squat

Zeno Squats: 325x6 (PR)/3/2/1, 275x6
Leg Extensions: 210x11/10/9/7
Leg Curls: 150x12/11/10/9

Yet another rep PR on my squats. Not too much to say about it other than that this is one of the few training days I have zero urge to fuck with by adding to or taking away from because it works so well.

Four exams over the next four days, none of which are concerning in the slightest. Finished the last of my work for my two non-exam classes, and can pretty much guarantee an A+ in both.

Yeah, we’re doing exercise bike PR’s now. Fight me.

First time I’ve done T2B in quite a while, and they’re probably gonna end up staying.

Final assignment got graded in my computer science class, got a 110%, which brings my overall to a 99.3, which is an A+. Took a final today, which is going to be somewhere in the 98-104% range. Anything over like an 85 is an A+ so no concerns there.

I feel pretty much like I can finish any rep I get off of the ground, which leads to some pretty great fights to get lockouts lol. It’s been a while since I’ve had to hitch anything like that, and it’s always a cool feeling.

My headphones fell off and broke during set 8 of my DE presses. I payed for insurance or whatever you’d call it when I bought them, which is good because otherwise that’d be quite a bit of money down the drain.

Took another final today for ethics, feeling about 50/50 on whether I’ll finish the class with an A+ or an A.

TPWiaB W10D4: Press

Press: 1x3@160/2x2@165/3x1@175, 135x12 (PR)
DB Bench: 80x8/7/7/7/7
Rippetoe-Style LTE’s: 95x8/8/5

Wasn’t able to get much of anything going with DB benching today, but my presses moved nicely and I got a PR on a backoff set. That beats 135x10 by two reps, and comes after a bunch of heavy reps as opposed to being a top set. Triceps got a crazy pump from the LTE’s.

Took my last final today, which is gonna end up being somewhere in the 98-102% range. Got back my grade for the Monday final, which ended being a 118% (don’t ask lol) and makes that the third (?) class I’ve finished with over a 100% as my final grade this year. Roll Tide.

Didn’t sleep last night (apparently I missed the memo that the all-nighters come before the exams) and dragged really badly here. Grinded my way through chins without missing any reps by some miracle, but after shrugs I really didn’t have much left to give. Rest of the day will be spent with my partner before I fuck off for three months.

@T3hPwnisher Should finally get a good chance to really get into the book you bought me now that I’m back at home and done with finals. I read the first couple chapters waiting for the plane to take off, and so far so good. Thanks again for buying it : )
