tonight was my bench night so i worked up to a heavy single. haven’t touched a heavy bench since i started dropping weight using the carb back load two months ago. i actually carb loaded for tonights training and weighed in at 246. i weighed 238 this morning. i bloated up nicely today. anyway… i worked up to 495. i’m happy with that. it gave me a wilks of 131.574. i videoed it and uploaded to the competition thread.
