Creatine

After 4 years of working out I have decided to give creatine a try. I have planned on using Ian Kings protocol in the Q&A section of Get Buffed. This would have me ingesting as much as 40 grams a day in the middle two weeks of an 8 week cycle. In back issues I saw an article by TC which takes a position absolutely polar to the one King describes. Ian says the classic load and 5 grams a day aint near enough and TC says anything more is drastic overkill. Straigten me out guys.

I’ve heard many experts claim that creatine need not be ingested in excess of 15 - 20 grams. However, I’ve tried almost every type of creatine product in varying dosages and I’ll tell you the truth the one that gave me the best results was taking as much as 40 grams or so for a couple of weeks and then 10 or so for a maintenence.
