Can you mix creatine with green tea or coffee or will caffeine kill the absorbtion. I need to mix it in the morning without using any kind of simple sugar.
For 45654th time, the original creatine studies that got everyone so excited were done with hot tea. The caffeine thing is nothing to worry about.
