Creatine Side Effect???

UPDATE:

Well I started taking creatine again. I think I might have figured out the numb legs problem. I went out and bought a foam roller and started working on that every night. My aching lower back went away and it seems so did the numb legs. Only thing I can figure out is maybe with the creatine it enlarged an already enflamed muscle and that led to a pinched nerve. Not sure but something helped.

I also started taking fish oil again regularlym, so that may have helped with enflammation. I have been taking the creatine for 2 weeks now and no side effects like I was having before. I have noticed though that my workouts are WAY more intense and I am able to lift more. Also I have jumped up about 4 lbs. I’m not doing any loading, just 5 grams a day after my workouts. Just figured I would update for the people who read this thread when I first started it.
