It doesn’t work that way. And creatine has not been proven to work.
I believe it is fairly safe to say that no one here has taken creatine longer than I have. I started ordering Phosphagen from when Bill Phillips first offered it. When I was buying it as creatine monohydrate I always added an equal amount of dextrose in an effort to recreate the original Phosphagen that had dextrose as an ingredient.
I quit taking creatine when I was diagnosed with dermatomyositis, but after a year of not lifting weights I returned to the gym and restarted creatine.
I wouldn’t bother loading to reach saturation sooner. You will get there soon enough. I take 5 grams with dextrose first thing in the morning and then about 2.5 grams added to Surge for the during and after workout drink.
I cannot attest whether it actually works for me. When I started taking Phosphagen I was taking AAS. My approach to making gains is the “shotgun” approach. I do everything possible to get more muscle.
But when my doctor saw how my body responded to the weight room when I was in the throes of dermatomyositis he wanted to know what I was taking. Was the creatine beneficial? I don’t know, but dermatomyositis caused my body to spill creatine. I figured I would take creatine to replace the creatine my body was spilling.
