I’ve been readilng about creatine serum being a hoax. Is it true?
Duh.
It’s no hoax, as it is quite real. It doesn’t work for shit though. Plain powdered creatine monohydrate will do just fine.

that serum is total shit !.. i suckered myself into buying a bottle a couple of years ago when it first came out. i’ve always had and felt a difference while on creatine and that serum didn’t do jack for me. i later read in a MM2K mag. that it was basically junk, which i agree with 100%. unless you like spending over $40 for a jigger’s worth of bad tasting kool-aid, stay away from it.
