Hi, I was just wondering whether any of you guys know whether it’s worth cycling creatine?
I’ve searched the site, and although there doesn’t appear to be too much info on it, what I have found seems to support taking it constantly.
Also, I’m taking creatine monohydrate caps, as I find it’s more convenient than powder. Is there any difference between the two in terms of absorbtion?
NO need to cycle IMO just take it that would be like stopping or cycling meat.
difference the cost for sure thats about it if its just a quality creapure monohydrate
