I’ve heard various suggestions regarding the cycling of Creatine. Some people say to cycle it every few months, other say not at all.
Obviously like any supplement you shouldn’t stay on it for ever, but what are the cycling procedures you guys use for optimal effect. (how many wks/months on, followed by how many off).

You know I don’t think there is anything wrong with continues use. I only use it three times per week post workout and don’t see any reason to cycle it.
With that said if I was going to cycle it I would use it during bulking phases when eating heavy and lifting heavy when bodyweight being high doesn’t matter or is wanted due to the cell volumizing effect of it and of course the ATP added endurance.
I am sur there are people who will totally disagree with this of course.
