Noone used your age. Only your lack of wisdom and experience. there are plenty of people older than I am, just as close minded and self-righteous as you are. And sidng with another human being is not liberalism, it’s called compassion.

And what you did there was nothing. Just further cement how irrelevant and immature you are. But thank you for the trip inside the mind of mokaloka99. It was amusing. I’m going back to the real world, now.

Got me too…I have no clue where marshmellowhead0072 went.

Can’t believe I didn’t remember that guy. His ‘views’ are unique to say the least:

i am still here. What do you want me to say? Again it is just difference in opinions. You guys are more compassionate than i am. I view that as a weak, liberal, stance.

WTF? My view is an accordance with the Catholic Church, the most conservative organization in the world. You demean someone because they have done wrong? And, we’re the ones with a weak stance?

It’s more than just a difference of opinions. You are taking an unrealistically hardline stance on the treatment of criminals, one that punishes the guilty by screwing over those who were wrongly imprisoned.

The way you refer to everybody who disagrees with you as weak and liberal suggests that you are not making these comments out of some higher sense of justice (as you should be), but because they are consistent with whatever your political views are.

And the way you keep trying to ascribe a political view to everybody is a clear sign that you are letting you own opinions be swayed by one.

If you had any sense of justice, you wouldn’t be talking about victims of judicial miscarriage as ‘eggs’. Again, you would not be saying that if you or anyone close to you were one of those “eggs”…

Parts 1, 2 & 3

It’s both disturbing & sad (waste of life for all concerned), but hey’ he is a convicted murderer and judging by the ‘platoon’ of guards escorting him out of his cell I assume he is also a volatile individual that warrants the use of that lecter-mobile.

[/quote]

ehhh…that’s a cell extraction, not a prison transfer. if he didn’t come out, they would’ve went in, prolly after pumping it full of oC/CS. i don’t think that’s SOP for simply having someone exit a cell… and since he was strapped in, that means he’s a troublemaker.

while i’ve never met Titus, i think he’s a shithead…he’s a multiple felon who’s lucky he didn’t get killed by the drug dealers he rolled on. from a law abiding citizen’s perspective, he’s a violent offender who seems to think our rules don’t apply to him. from a criminal’s perspective, he’s a snitch who ratted people out, and then fucked up later.

most poeple in prison deserve to be there…prison’s much different than jail. jail is typically less than a year sentance, whereas prison is a year or more, and typically houses felons.

and i’m not saying everyone in a correctional facility is a bad person, but they’re prolly a criminal. regardless of their reasons, they think our rules don’t apply and we’re too stupid to figure it out. feel bad for them if you want, but i have yet to meet someone who hasn’t been in the clink for a legit reason.

I’m glad YOU have never met someone in the clink for a non-legit reason. Reassures me that there isn’t anyone in prison for a non-legit reason.

Oh and the difference between jail and prison is usually whether they have been sentenced or not.

no, you’re wrong.

jails can house people that are serving sentances, as can prisons. the severity of the sentence determines where they go… people can violate probation/parole for an offence, and still wait in prison for their violating offense. or, someone can get a 2 day sentance and serve it in jail.
