Players and officials from both sides were visibly moved and in tears following the incident that saw the match abandoned before kick-off on Wednesday:
On the same day, Egyptian third division Al-Rebat & Al-Anwar SC goalkeeper Ahmed Amin died after a sudden heart attack in the locker room just after finishing training.
And on December 23rd, a day later, Croatian footballer Marin Cacic died after being placed into a coma following his sudden collapse at training with his team NK Nehaj Sinj .

I’d prioritise a cancer patient over some sorry ass in his 50s who now requires ventilation because he didn’t get vaccinated. Vaccines won’t stop you from getting it, but the chances of you requiring ventilation are far lower.
You still get healthcare… just not covid related hospitalisation/ICU treatment (can still be given antibody treatment, antiviral drugs, HCQ or ivermectin (if you can find a dodgy doctor for the latter two because they’re disproven treatments).
Or… you can opt for not paying tax in response to having ICU rights (for covid) revoked and going to jail for tax evasion… either/or from my perspective
Sudden cardiac death has been a concern for LONG time within the realm of athletics. So much so that various countries will actually screen young athletes if they wish to play sport competitively.
I happen to believe undisclosed Anabolic steroid use also factors in here, but have no data as to how high the prevalence of AAS abuse is amongst young athletes.
Do you have list of the of all the cardiac events resulting in death from a few years ago? This was never an issue in sports, where were all the reports, articles, news coverage?
What about the over half a million people sick from heart disease due to poor lifestyle, should they be denied? Smokers, drinkers, the obese? Taxes subsidize many of those costs.
This is assuming hospitals are at capacity and beds are needed. They are not, there are countless reports from hospitals/countries saying just that.
Name me another year where as many people are dropping from heart problems as 2021?

And that is still the case. Today was Boxing Day, and there were a lot of games played in England. I haven’t heard of any heart attacks.

I couldn’t tell you the exact number. But anecdotally I can’t remember one year in my 50 years where there has been another dramatic perceived increase in the reporting of heart attacks. Just 2021.
Its all walks of life, all around the world, as seen in that video I posted a couple of days ago. Not sure if its in this thread or another, reports a 25% increase in heart attacks, in the UK.
The issue isn’t that heart attacks have increased, and that young people without a previous history of heart problems are having heart attacks. Even the MSM reports it happening. What the MSM hasn’t done is even suggested that there could be a link between the covid vaccines and the increase. Maybe there isn’t a correlation, but I haven’t heard any explanations of why there isn’t any link. They won’t even broach the question.
To great relief to her family and anybody else stuck with her in their lives, she was away for Christmas. She was in jail.

I know Australia is super paranoid about cocaine for some reason. When I arrived in Brisbane, they basically took apart my luggage. I asked them what they were looking for and they said ‘cocaine’. If you start dolling out treatment according to behavior you deem to be risky, you are sentencing many, many people to death. You have got to get this shit out of your head. The only possible reason to apply this draconian logic, would be in a mass casualty situation where you are simply trying to save the most savable people and there is no where near appropriate staff to deal with it. That you would deny people medical care simply because they made a decision you don’t like is wrong on so many levels.
So what about caveats? No mercy for people allergic or medically unable to get the stupid shot? What about those who have natural anti-bodies? Are you really trying to target the spread of the virus or just punish people who think differently? If you were concerned about the virus alone, getting an injection would not be your only metric. And it’s heard-immunity that is the goal, not the stoppage of the virus because it cannot be stopped.
You got data to back that up? The media reported here in the U.S. that people were being turned away from Oklahoma hospitals because a bunch of right wing anti-vaxers took horse doses of Ivermectin. The problem? It never happened. It wasn’t even close to true.
This is the problem I see. You just left your home because of draconian authoritarianism and here you go advocating for it. What could make you so angry at somebody that you would deny them medical treatment, regardless of the state of triage? Just a blanket, 'No shot, no treatment, die if you must." Maybe you should go back home until you have properly learned that lesson. You don’t get to go to countries that welcomed you and decide a portion of that population get’s denied medical treatment, because they did not act in a manner you deemed they must. That’s authoritarian. And if you support authoritarianism, don’t whine about it when it happens to you.
The opposite. It’s starts this way. A small ask, a small inconvenience. Just comply, accept, obey. Then another and another and another, until next thing you know, you cannot travel outside your house more than 5 KM, cannot exercise, may get tackled by the police for lack of compliance, etc. It’s better to remember history and be over cautious on repeating it, than to ignore it and let it run roughshod. It’s super-easy to be on board with rules that affect everybody else, especially if you don’t like those people. But nobody likes it when it comes for them. Mature thinkers understand that what goes for one person goes for another. What way do you not want to be restricted? That goes for everybody.

What the hell could you possibly care whether or not someone is vaccinated? Why do you care so much? The vax is there, you can be as vaxed as you want and be safe from vaxed and unvaxed alike. So why do you care what somebody else does or does not do with their own health?
I am just guessing that what is being advocated for is punishment and coercion for those who do not comply with the way these people think ought to, based on arbitrary metrics, that happen to isolate a group that they are not apart of.
So maybe, lifters who go for a max and injure themselves in the process should be excluded from treatment because they engaged in a voluntary behavior, knowing that the risk for injury is pretty significant, and did it anyway.

Meth and Fentanyl are way more dangerous than coke. And no I don’t do coke, I have only tried it once a long, long time ago. It just seems odd that it’s so focused on when meth can be made domestically and is far more dangerous. I don’t know what the fentanyl problem is on the continent, but I am sure if there is a problem the Chinese are behind it.
