I’m on the Anabolic diet and am losing weight slowly. The problem is I am going cruising on March 16th. How can I come off the Anabolic diet and get ready for a supreme carb slam? I will workout to try to maximize the results in that 7 day period but I am concerned about coming back to the carbs. Can someone give me a 4 week plan to get ready for a carb slam?

How can I get my health insurance to pay for blood work to see if I am messed up. My sleep has never been worse and I am just run down with little motivation. I think it could be from a long run of HRX. Adrenal overload?

How long does it take for your body to adapt to a weight? I would like to lose weight and then bulk but I am worried the fat will come back. Thoughts? Thanks T-Nation!
