Just figured I would ask for an update? Curious if itās working out and if you would recommend?
100% legit. been experimenting with dosing no clear preference yet. I really feel good after taking this. my glucose is going up big time, and my base is 20points higher (90 vs 70), the spikes last longer and are bigger, as for the CGM which is hallmark GH symptom.
last couple nights I did 5IU in 1 go and at that dose I wake up feeling just ācontent/happyā, hard to explain, but my research tells me that this is due dopamine signaling.
morning injections do make me a bit sleepy during the day, I think i stick to night, as they do carry over into the next day. Best I felt since introducing TRT tbh.
daytime cardio performance is through the roof, the recovery from workouts is highly accelerated. I stack this with bpc157/tb500/ghk-cu/mots-c/trt/hcg as in injectables.
i take this over any steroid (other then TRT) any day. water weight is up 3-4lb as well, but I donāt look fluffy
From reading your post I ordered some kits from them and started two weeks ago. 2iu - 4 - 6 - 8 now, will go up to 10 daily. Taking at night messed my sleep up a lot, too stimulating, so switched to AM. I do feel more upbeat, libido has been crazy high, and about 8lbs of water weight. I just ordered some Lasix to help deal with that, my watches donāt fit anymore, but I still have some vascularity in my arms/legs. Feel pumped 24/7. Have not tested my glucose, I eat low-ish carb so not worried. BP is up about 10 points and RHR is up about 10-12. I have Nebivolol if needed. So far, pretty pleased with it.
nice. iām still on the fence if sleep is hit. i think above 4iu it revves me up a bit. impossible to track fat loss via scale in the medium term. i stalled since a month - but belly fat visibly shrinks. do you plan to do 10IU all AM? also went back to low carb for the fat loss, it just works better for that, especially with GH + retatrutide. you can easily dump 3lb pure fat /week with near total muscle preservation. this is absolutely the best fat loss combo i have found. not a fan of permanent low carb, using it as a tool here.
i might add some slu-pp-332 as well, need to dump about 20lb
my sleep tracker shows Iām sleeping like shit still but since I went to AM I feel sooo much better at night, sleep feels better anyway.

yep, I have 5 weeks of 10iu (that will be 8 weeks GH use total). Iām going to spread it out to different parts of the body. probably pointless, but Iām curious if it does anything locally.
I canāt take GLP-1s sadly, those REALLY fucked my sleep up, RHR/BP. I donāt think the combo would be good for me. Iāve used in the past with tiny doses but lately canāt get it to work. But Iām glad itās working for you, I hear so many ppl having success with those.
I have taking SLU as well, but that also fucks with my sleep lol. everything does it seems like. Def give it a shot tho, the energy and mental boost is nice, some extra hunger. Iām also shooting for about 20lbs, I want to get super lean just to see how far I can take it

good luck too! iāve been trying to fix my sleep issues in the last 6 weeks specifically. same pattern, sound asleep 9pm, wide awake 2-3am. I was sure that it was retatrutide, but after a week washout from a small dose, 1mg, there is absolutely no change. then I was like it must GH, well, stopped couple days, zero. I have no clue at this point. something happens at 2-3am, and i sleep really good till then, as I feel pretty rested next day, so at least physical recovery works. GH gave me vivid dreams. let me know how 10IU in the morning goes, this is a fairly large dose. been chatting with grok3 for days now (its great) and it thinks that i donāt need more then 4IU for fat loss. so i will go back to 2+2IU for now and reintroduced 1.7mg reta. fingers crossed hope my sleep does go to worse. maybe its as simple as circadian reset.
yeah Iāve seen various studies on doses for fat loss, as that is one reason Iām taking it. from what I gather up to 4iu seems to offer some amount of fat loss, but from YouTube gurus i hear up to 10iu (really as much as you can afford) should be great for fat loss and some anabolism. so weāll see how that works out for me. I tend to have a low response to anything AAS/PED related.
Iād really like to see if Iām able to make progress on minimal workouts, since my time to lift after I get home from work has been shortened due to a longer commute.
sleep is weird, thereās so many things that can impact it. It could be GH/GLP-1 but since youāve tried the wash out period, maybe itās something else?
