In all likelihood, that is not from 1/2 of an IU.
It was most likely residual from your prior meal.

If your thinking of high GH then run IGF-LR3 with it. Great combo.
Watch t4 levels with high GH. Iāve had to supplement as t4 levels drop so in turn so do t3 as there is nothing to convert.
what model do you wear. I have been doing the G7 but wanting to try the libre. it takes a while to calibrate the G7 as initially it is super in-accurate with differences as high as 30-40 from the finger reading. doing currently lower carb approach (not keto strictly) and hearing that libre is better in the lower ranges
Iām using the Stelo, which does not require a prescription.
Iām on a carb rotation plan to gain some tissue and itās been invaluable to track big highs and trends.
nice, reading that stelo is technically the G7 except a bit neutered, as it reads data only every 15min and not 5. seems to be 1/3 cheaper as well.
I agree that the data is super nice to see. I was surprised how certain foods ramped my glucose while others barely did. Iāve been doing carb-cycling as well, with doing carbs mostly around workouts and going low rest of day. works wonders for fat loss but donāt need to be in keto which causes some performance drops
I have used up to 8iu for GH, that was for a short period of time and I jumped up there quick, got some bad side effects like headaches and lethargy. at 4iu I am pretty good, but Iāve wanted to do 10-12iu by working up and seeing what the results look like with TRT. I saw Chase Irons taking 18iu daily and a few other guys going up to 10iu and talking about how great it was. I donāt have issues with BS or thyroid but I do track both. Moreso just wanted to see what would happen.
I havenāt used insulin before and probably wonāt, at least not at first. That too I would like to experiment with at some point.
I have used both before in small doses, and I feel like IGF-1 was great before workouts. Iād inject into the muscle I trained that day. This was years ago tho. Not a bad idea
The lr3 is a long acting version. I take on the morning of the day Iām training. Great addition to a high GH cycle.
I think I had the LR3 at least once, but not sure about the other two times. Iāll consider adding it. I just found some old Tesamorelin in my closet; that worked really well for me at 1mg daily. I think 2mg is good for fat loss.
hey so how much should I inject? since that stuff is cheap. I started couple days ago and doing 1IU am 1IU PM. i definitely get a sense of wellbeing, hard to explain.
my IGF-1 is at the labcorp top-end naturally.
sorry donāt want to steal the threadā¦but I feel simply great on 2+2IU GH combined with 1+1mg reta. sleep is great and it feels like you had the best sleep in your life every day. energy great throughout the day. kits4less is definitely legit. 300IU for 200usd is a really good price for that quality. not advertising for those guys by any means, and i might try different vendors.

yeah. reta 2x a week at 1mg. it feels like 1 month in most side effects have settles. 2IU AM and 2IU pm GH, although reading that this will temporary shut down natural production and the night dose might be a waste unless you go higher?
Taking GH does not shut down natural production. Itās only a pulse.
When i take 2iu I will take it AM. If iām taking more than 2iu I will split it 2iu morning and 2iu after training.
Can you source me some material on this? Iāve been worried about my therapeutic dose and shut down as I may not continue it at some point due to cost. Was not aware.
I have my own experience. Was taking 2-4 iu for a few years. Once I stopped bloodwork showed no IGF decline from before levels.
good info. they go into GH quite a lot. guy claims you should take your entire dose at night and not in the AM. i think they mention 4-6IU range for good results with pharma GH. they somewhat sceptic of UGL GH, i have no comparison with mine, but i think the quality is super close to pharma those days
in the video i posted he also says no shutdown happens at all. not sure who the guy is seems like some real doc or pharma guy of sorts(not vigorous steve, the middle guy)
