By the way because of your talk about him I’ve been watching a lot of Layne Nortons videos on BB.com
I’ve heard about him and his stuff slightly in the past but nothing really. He’s definitely a smart respectable guy. Goes very high volume though.
Stu I can’t wait until you summarize all of your contest prep and point out the ups/downs and “mistakes” you might have made along the way. Your photos are proof enough you did a spectacular job preparing for the show!
Stu, was there any significant difference for you between your avatar pic and competition pics? Your competition pics are impressive but the avatar is great and really makes you look like an accomplished bodybuilder

Well, the current avatar is one of the pics snapped b the professional photographer. We just received the CD of images a few weeks ago, but I was waiting to put 'em up with something else (that looks like it’ll be down the road a bit), but since you asked, here are some of the pics he took. Some of the poses are the same shots my friends took, but you can see much better quality, and a few line up shots that I kinda dig

Wish I had thought to flex my legs for this shot, but I couldn’t believe I won that cool eagle trophy at my feet (it was my third in about 10 minutes, and I would go on to win a fourth about 10 minutes later! -lol)
