Count The Weight of the Bar?

I don’t bother with pullups any more since I figured out that when pressing a barbell, the weight on one end of a bar counter-balances an equal amount of weight on the other. Therefore, there is no limit to what you can lift that way.

Do you count the weight of your hands while doing dips?

And why does everyone get all “weirded out” when I dip? No one dips with clothes on anymore right?
