And Now perhaps i still come across some times as ignorant or stubborn iv learned to listen to the advice people give because they take there time out of there day to give you there advice ( for free ) and they know alot more then i.

Be grateful. Listen to it. Youl never make any progress just doing random stuff in the gym
- Eat lots your underweight i dont care if this means forcing yourself to eat You cant eat like a skinny person to get big.
- Pick a program from tnation and follow it.
- LISTEN To advice other lifters have given you.
I am really not sure how to start my post. Well, you have given already enough suggestions and advices from pros and its up to you now if you will be going to grasp every advices or just throw it.
If you really want to have a healthy diet, you try to learn to prepare your own meal. Particularly foods rich in protein and you really need to eat a lot. Your weight seems like cannot support your body enough and is not proportioned with your height. Eat well, you need to gain weight first for you to have enough energy and strength in your workout routine. Take some supplements as well.
