Corticosteroids are just hormones that regulate metabolism, like your adrenal hormones.
If you take alot of ephedrine (or I presume other such bronchial dilator), sure you can cause some catabolism or excess cortisol accumulation, but its mostly dependent on dose, diet, and training methodology.
I don’t think you need a steroid to counteract your nasal spray.

ephedrine spares muscle mate, same mechanism as clenbuterol (b2 receptor) just a lot weaker
corticosteroids are a different story. they mimic cortisol but are actually stronger, like prednisone/methylprednisolone. these have been known to increase belly fat storage and cause muscle loss.
but a nasal spray isn’t systemic, so you’ve got nothing to worry about
To expand on the previous post. That nasal spray is supposed to work locally on the nasal tissue and the dose is small. It is not made to get into your whole body, like prednisone or cortisone orals are. The small amount that does get in your system is insignificant in regard to muscle gain or loss.
