I have nasal allergies and the doc prescribed Rhinocort, a nasal spray cortico steroid.
Has anyone used this drug (or similar)? Any negative effect on training?
I use it and I have thought the same thing. I have also used Flonase and I think for me Rhinocort works better. I have also had times where I did not use a nasal steroid. The reason I say so is because I haven’t noticed any difference while using either one or none. I think what helps is that Rhinocort is a topical corticosteroid and not systemic so you don’t have the problems like you would with say prednisone pills or whatever. Hope you feel somewhat at ease about it now.
