THis thing is great. I haven’t been in a gym with a good old school T-Bar in a long time. Grab a 45 a bar and a V handle and there you go. it’s much more solid than sticking the end of the bar in a corner or under a dumbell. It fits in a plate a prowler and the bar holder on the plate trees in the gym. Good for rotational exercises too.
