I think I’ve found a way to do CPT 4 days a week, however, I not sure how I should break up the circuits. I need to break up the whole body into three different circuts A, B, and C. Does any body have any ideas on how I should do this? Will doing this workout 4 times a week screw up what this workout is supposed to accomplish? Charles? Anybody?
Why do you want to do it 4 days/week? Such a wide variety of muscle groups are hit during each session that I think 4 days may be a little hard to fully recover from…unless you’re recovery is enhanced. I think you’d might be better off doing some type of GPP on your off days if 3 days/wk isn’t enough for you.
What is GPP?
General Physical Preparation – e.g. sled dragging, jump rope, etc. It can be used to increase work capacity and get blood flowing to muscles for active recovery. Do a search on the site --Coach Davies and Dave Tate have both written about it.
